The COMPASS spin physics program

The COMPASS spin physics program
Authors: S. Panebianco
Comments: Moriond-QCD 2005 conference proceedings
One of the main aims of the COMPASS experiment at CERN is the study of the spin structure of the nucleon and in particular the determination of the gluon polarization in the nucleon. We present some new results of 2002-2003 data
analysis. They concern a precise measurement of the deuteron structure function g1 at small x, some preliminary result on Collins and Sivers asymmetries which
are linked to transversity and a new measurement of DeltaG/G.

Experimental Status of Beyond the Standard Model Collider Searches

Title: Experimental Status of Beyond the Standard Model Collider Searches
Authors: M. Spiropulu
Comments: "Physics at LHC" Vienna July 2004
This is a brief review of experimental strategies for physics beyond the Standard Model based on the talk given in the ``Physics at LHC'' in Vienna, July 2004 \cite {vienna}. The emphasis is on Tevatron thematology and
experience.

SUSY Searches at LEP

Title: SUSY Searches at LEP
Authors: Aafke Christine Kraan
Comments: conference contribution to Lake Louise Winter Institute 2005
Searches for SUSY particles have been performed in 3.6 fb$^{-1}$ e$^+$e$^-$ data collected by the LEP detectors at $\sqrt{s}$ between 90 GeV and 209 GeV. This talk reviews some of the relevant searches for SUSY particles at LEP. No excess of events is observed in any channel. Results are interpreted in the context of the MSSM.
